How can we help you?

We recognise the importance of volunteering and work to promote the benefits of volunteering, increase the number of people volunteering, and actively encourage good practice and support local organisations in the recruitment and management of volunteers. That’s why we are supporting the development of a new Malvern Hills District Volunteering Service.

Malvern Community Action Volunteer Centre

Malvern Hills Volunteering is run by Malvern Community Action and its aim is to increase volunteering within the district by helping to promote local volunteering opportunities and match potential volunteers to the roles that suit them best. Its role is to act as a central hub for all things volunteering across the Malvern Hills District.

To find out more about the latest volunteering opportunities or how to promote your own: phone 01684 892381, visit their office in Malvern Link at 112 Worcester Road or contact Rebecca Johnstone, Volunteering Manager at Malvern Community Action: This email address is being protected from spambots. Volunteering Forum

The Malvern Hills Volunteering Forum takes place every six months and was established to give people and organisations who work with volunteers an opportunity to meet, network, collaborate and learn from each other.

Virtual Volunteer Fair 2023

We held our third Virtual Volunteer Fair in January 2023 and you can find all of the volunteering opportunities posted over on our Malvern Hills District Council Facebook page or by searching #MHDVolunteerFair on Facebook.

Disclaimer: The volunteer fair includes information on groups and organisations who offer volunteering opportunities in the district. Whilst any groups whose Facebook posts are reposted by Malvern Hills District Council, are part of the Malvern Hills District Volunteering Forum, they are not controlled by Malvern Hills District Council and should not be understood to be approved or endorsed by Malvern Hills District Council.
